Our Luxury party Package including: - 2 hours Party Dome Use - Two long tables and up to 12 chairs - Eight hot dogs - Juice or Pop bottles - Large Fresh Fruit tray - Selected Theme Party Decoration - Bumper Balls - 6 Balls - Mini Golf course - 9 Holes - See-through Kayak - 3 units with 2 seat on each unit - Playground - Open field (Available after July 1st) - Soccer field (Available after Aug 1st) - Free parking - 1 hour preparation and cleaning time - Additional hour @$75/hour - Extra guests over 8 are $30 each(include extra foods and drinks)
Laser Tag Booking Policy
1. Reservation Requirements: - To secure your space for birthday party, a reservation must be made in advance. - Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservations team. 2. Group Size and Guest Limit: - The standard booking is 8 guests . - Additional guests can be added up to a maximum of 12 guests. 3. Payment: - Full payment for the reserved players must be paid upon booking 4. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a partial refund of the deposit (80% of the amount Paid), 20% will be charged as cancellation fee. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund. 5. Rescheduling: - Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. - A rescheduling fee of $20 may apply. 6. Weather Conditions: - In the event of inclement weather, the session may be rescheduled or postponed. - A decision regarding weather-related changes will be made 24 hours before the scheduled start time. 7. Safety and Rules: - All participants must adhere to safety guidelines and rules provided by our staff. - Failure to follow safety rules may result in exclusion from the game without a refund. 8. Early and Late Arrivals: - Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time, but no earlier than 1 hour ahead. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened playtime to accommodate the schedule. 9. Equipment and Damages: - Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of the provided facility and furniture. - Any damages caused by negligence may result in additional charges. - Replacement Cost: Table $200, Chair $50, Plate $10, Cup $5 10. Age Restrictions: - Participants under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy. Breezy Petals Camping Resort reserves the right to modify the policy as needed.
