Package Information

- One hour play time - Six sets of equipment (Hamlet, Vest and Weapon) - After-game hot beverage at Rec Dome (half hour) - Participants must be 8 years of age or older - Additional Players can be added at $30/person + HST, with a maximum of 10 players per game. - Payment for additional players can be made on the date game launch. However, please clearly note the actual number of players on the booking form for our record.

Laser Tag Booking Policy

1. Reservation Requirements: - To secure your spot for outdoor laser tag, a reservation must be made in advance. - Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservations team. 2. Group Size and Player Limit: - The standard booking has minimum requirement of 6 players . - Additional players can be added up to a maximum of 10 players per game. 3. Payment: - Full payment for the reserved players must be paid upon booking 4. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a partial refund of the deposit (80% of the amount Paid), 20% will be charged as cancellation fee. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund. 5. Rescheduling: - Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. - A rescheduling fee of $20 may apply. 6. Weather Conditions: - Outdoor laser tag is weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather, the session may be rescheduled or postponed. - A decision regarding weather-related changes will be made 24 hours before the scheduled start time. 7. Safety and Rules: - All participants must adhere to safety guidelines and rules provided by our staff. - Failure to follow safety rules may result in exclusion from the game without a refund. 8. Late Arrivals: - Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened playtime to accommodate the schedule. 9. Equipment and Damages: - Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of the provided equipment. - Any damages caused by negligence may result in additional charges. - Replacement Cost: Weapon $650, Helmet $300, Vest $300 10. Age Restrictions: - Laser tag is suitable for participants 8 years and older. - Participants under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy. Breezy Petals Camping Resort reserves the right to modify the policy as needed.
